- 4 Honeycrisp apples (cored, diced)

Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add 4 diced Honeycrisp apples, 3 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes until the apples are tender and caramelized.
- Portion 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt into each of 6 serving bowls.
- Spoon the warm cinnamon apples and their pan juices generously over the cool yogurt.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chopped toasted pecans over each bowl and serve warm.
Notes
The sautéed cinnamon apples can be cooked in a batch and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, ready to warm in the microwave.
