  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the whole wheat penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes, until lightly browned on all sides. Add minced garlic cloves, dried oregano, and onion powder, cooking for another 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce, chicken broth, rinsed and drained cannellini beans, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Season with 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce mixture in the baking dish. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly distributed.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the sauce is heated through.
  9. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy a delicious high-fiber and high-protein meal!
