  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the diced yellow onion to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
  4. Add the riced cauliflower and beef broth to the skillet. Stir well, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender. Stir in the fresh dill.
  5. Serve the Turkish ground beef skillet hot with sliced English cucumber on the side.

Notes
