Ingredients
- 1.25 pound ground turkey (85% lean)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 0.25 cup green onion (chopped)
- 3 teaspoon mustard (prepared)
- 1 cooking spray (nonstick)
Instructions
- Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, green onion, and mustard in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray.
- Add patties to the skillet and cook, turning once to brown the other side.
- Cook until golden brown outside and white inside, about 10 minutes.
- Remove patties from the skillet.
