Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey (85% lean)
- 0.5 cup oats (regular, dry)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated onion
- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 2 celery stalks (chopped)
- 2 clove garlic clove (minced)
- 0.5 green bell pepper (seeded and diced)
Instructions
