  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in sliced bell pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until bell peppers start to soften.
  3. Add zucchini noodles to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, tossing gently, until the noodles are just tender-crisp.
  4. Serve immediately.

Notes

If using pre-made zucchini noodles, you may only need to cook them for 1-2 minutes to prevent them from becoming watery.
