Ingredients
- 1 can tuna fish (packed in water, 5 ounces, drained)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (light)
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese (reduced-fat, shredded)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the drained tuna fish and light mayonnaise to create the filling.
- For the microwave method: Spoon the filling onto half of each flour tortilla. Top the filling with cheddar cheese and fold each tortilla in half. Microwave on high for 60 seconds, turning the plate halfway through cooking time.
- For the stovetop method: Divide the filling onto two flour tortillas. Top with cheddar cheese and cover with the remaining two flour tortillas. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Brown the quesadillas on both sides until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Cut the quesadillas before serving.
