Ingredients
- 7 piece white naan (refined white flour)
- 3 can canned tuna in water (5 oz cans, drained)
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and arrange 7 pieces of white naan flatbread on two baking sheets.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 3 cans drained canned tuna in water, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, flaking the tuna with a fork until thoroughly blended.
- Spread the tuna salad mixture evenly across the 7 naan flatbreads.
- Top each flatbread with shredded provolone cheese, covering the tuna mixture.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan edges are lightly toasted.
- Slice into halves or strips and serve immediately or pack after cooling.
