Ingredients
- 1 apple (such as Fuji or Pink Lady Washington)
- 12 ounce chunk light tuna (drained)
- 2 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup raisins (or chopped figs)
- 0.25 cup walnuts (chopped)

- 2 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

- 8 piece lettuce leaves (Bibb, Romaine, green, or red leaf)

Instructions
- Cut apple in quarters; remove core and chop.
- In a medium-sized bowl, mix all salad ingredients, except tuna.
- Gently fold in tuna.
- Make sandwiches using lettuce and whole-grain bread (toasted, if desired), and fill with tuna apple salad.
