Ingredients
- 8 cup baby spinach (washed)
- 4 cup frozen pineapple
- 4 cup frozen mango
- 2 avocados (pitted and peeled)
- 0.5 cup ground flaxseed
- 0.25 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup vanilla plant protein powder
- 6 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- Pour 3 cups of the almond milk and all 8 cups of baby spinach into a blender; blend on high for 45 seconds until completely liquefied.
- Add the remaining 3 cups almond milk, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, avocado flesh, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and vanilla plant protein powder.
- Blend on high speed for 90 seconds until silky and thoroughly combined.
- Pour into 8 large glasses to serve immediately, or divide among airtight glass jars and refrigerate.
Notes
To batch prep, pack the spinach, frozen fruits, avocado, and seeds into 8 individual freezer bags. Dump one bag into the blender with 3/4 cup almond milk and 2 tablespoons protein powder each morning.
