Ingredients
- 6 cup frozen mixed berries
- 4 bananas (frozen, sliced)
- 4 package frozen acai puree (thawed slightly)
- 0.5 cup chia seeds
- 2 cup oat milk (unsweetened)
- 1 cup rolled oats (toasted)
- 0.5 cup hemp seeds (hulled)
- 2 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
Instructions
- Add the frozen mixed berries, sliced frozen banana, acai puree, 1/4 cup of the chia seeds, and oat milk to a high-powered blender in two batches if needed.
- Blend on low speed, using the tamper to push ingredients into the blades, then increase to high until smooth and thick, about 2 minutes.
- Divide the thick smoothie base evenly among 8 shallow breakfast bowls.
- Top each bowl with equal portions of toasted rolled oats, hulled hemp seeds, sliced fresh strawberries, and the remaining 1/4 cup chia seeds before serving immediately.
Notes
Keep the liquid minimal to maintain a spoonable soft-serve consistency. For fastest assembly on busy mornings, pre-portion the dry toppings into small ramekins.
