- 4 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 can cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 can canned diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 slice Italian bread (toasted)
Instructions

- Add minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper, stirring constantly for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the undrained diced tomatoes and rinsed cannellini beans, stir to combine, bring to a simmer, and cook uncovered for 8 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens and flavors meld.

Notes
Cannellini beans provide creamy texture and rich fiber without needing any dairy creams.
