Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 0.5 cup oatmeal (quick cooking)
- 0.5 cup cornmeal
- 0.5 cup non-fat dry milk powder
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 0.75 teaspoon salt
- 0.66 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1.5 cup non-fat milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 °F. Combine flour, oatmeal, cornmeal, non-fat dry milk powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Using two knives, cut peanut butter into dry ingredients until it appears coarse and crumbly.
- In a small bowl, beat together egg and non-fat milk.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread mixture into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 325 °F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
