Ingredients
- 1 onion (small, chopped)
- 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 cup refried beans
- 8 taco shells
- 0.25 head lettuce (chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (medium, chopped)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 0.25 cup taco sauce
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Add refried beans to skillet.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Spread refried bean mixture in taco shells or on tortillas.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and taco sauce, as desired.
