  1. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, and salt. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened slightly and flavors have melded.
  3. While the pork simmers, toast the hamburger buns.
  4. Divide the tangy pork mixture among the toasted buns. Top with store-bought coleslaw mix and serve immediately.

Notes

Using pre-made coleslaw saves a lot of time. If you prefer, you can use any variety of mustard.
