  1. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it apart, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add sliced red bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender-crisp.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the sauce over the pork and bell pepper mixture in the skillet. Stir to coat evenly and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  5. Serve the sweet and spicy pork skillet over cooked rice.

Notes
