- 1.5 pound sirloin steak
- 2 teaspoon vegetable oil

Instructions
- Trim fat from sirloin steak and cut sirloin steak into small, thin pieces.

- Cook for 6 minutes, stirring sirloin steak until brown.
- Add onion and tomato.
