Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine vinegar, oil, mustard, garlic, oregano, basil, and nutmeg.
- Wash, drain, and chop spinach.
- Add spinach, black beans, tomatoes, and onions to vinegar and oil.
- Toss well and serve.
