  1. Season the 4 ounces thinly sliced chicken breast with 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
  2. Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in the 1/2 cup prepared Alfredo sauce. Add the 1/2 cup fresh spinach and stir until spinach wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. While the sauce simmers, toast 1 slice garlic bread according to package directions, about 2-4 minutes.
  5. Serve the chicken and Alfredo mixture immediately with the toasted garlic bread.
