  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet, then add the broccoli florets. Sauté for 5 to 7 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated fresh ginger to the skillet with the broccoli. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet. In a small bowl, whisk together the low-sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sriracha, and black pepper. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli.
  5. Toss everything to coat well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Serve immediately in bowls.
