- 1.25 pound boneless skinless chicken breast (thinly sliced or cut into strips)

- 8 flour tortillas (small, warmed)
- 3 cup coleslaw mix (pre-packaged)
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons lime juice, and 1 teaspoon honey until smooth. Add the 3 cups pre-packaged coleslaw mix and toss to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Season the 1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast with 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (if using), 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until cooked through and slightly browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- Warm the 8 small flour tortillas according to package directions. To assemble, spoon some coleslaw onto each tortilla, then top with the spicy chicken. Fold and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add other toppings to your wraps like sliced avocado, shredded cheese, or salsa. For extra quick prep, use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken and simply warm it with the spices.
