Ingredients
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 0.5 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon Sriracha
- 0.5 chicken breast (boneless, skinless, thinly sliced)
- 1 package instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach
- 0.5 egg (soft-boiled, halved)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, ginger paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Let it gently simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Add the thinly sliced chicken breast to the simmering broth and cook for 3-5 minutes, until cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- Add the instant ramen noodles to the simmering broth. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender. Stir in the fresh baby spinach until wilted.
- Pour the ramen and broth into a large bowl. Arrange the cooked chicken breast on top of the noodles and spinach. If desired, garnish with a halved soft-boiled egg.
