Instructions
- Add the sweet potato puree, frozen diced apples, rolled oats, ground flaxseed, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, almond milk, and maple syrup to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high speed for 2 minutes until completely smooth, thick, and velvety.
- Pour the spiced smoothie into 8 breakfast bowls.
- Sprinkle raw pepitas evenly across the top of each bowl before serving.
