Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (90% lean)
- 0.5 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 cup carrot (chopped)
- 2 cup potatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup celery (chopped)
- 14.5 ounce tomatoes (can)
- 4 cup water
- 0.5 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or basil)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a medium fry pan.
- Drain fat.
