Ingredients
- 1.5 pound chuck steak (boneless, 1 1/2-inches thick)
- 1 clove garlic clove (peeled, minced)
- 0.25 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard (dry or prepared)
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the chuck steak on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide and place in a slow cooker.
- Combine the garlic clove, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, mustard, and black pepper and pour over the meat.
- Mix the meat and sauce together.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 to 5 hours.
- Serve.
