Ingredients
- 8 ounce ground pork
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 0.25 cup yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
- 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 cup chicken broth
- 5 ounce fresh spinach
- 2 naan breads
- 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and finely chopped yellow onion. Cook, breaking up the pork, for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in minced garlic, garam masala, ground coriander, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring, until it wilts completely, about 2-3 minutes.
- While the skillet meal is finishing, warm the naan bread according to package directions.
- Serve the skillet spiced ground pork immediately with warm naan bread, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.
Notes
If you like a little extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper with the other spices.
