Skillet Spiced Ground Pork

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and finely chopped yellow onion. Cook, breaking up the pork, for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, garam masala, ground coriander, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, cooking for 2-3 minutes until slightly reduced.
  4. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook, stirring, until it wilts completely, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. While the skillet meal is finishing, warm the naan bread according to package directions.
  6. Serve the skillet spiced ground pork immediately with warm naan bread, garnished with chopped fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

If you like a little extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper with the other spices.
