Ingredients
- 1.5 pound turkey breast cutlets (sliced thin)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 0.75 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
- 2 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil
- 1 pound green beans (trimmed)
- 5 cup mixed baby salad greens
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Season the turkey cutlets on both sides with dried thyme, dried sage, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, and the black pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of the garlic-infused olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the turkey cutlets and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until nicely browned and the internal temperature registers 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove cutlets to a plate.
- In the same skillet, add 1/2 tablespoon of garlic-infused olive oil, the trimmed green beans, the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 3 tablespoons of water. Cover and steam over medium heat for 4 minutes, then uncover and sauté for 2 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, toss the mixed baby greens with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil and the red wine vinegar.
- Serve the seared turkey cutlets alongside the sautéed green beans and dressed garden salad.
