Ingredients
- 4 cup beef broth
- 6 ounce shredded beef (pre-cooked)
- 2 package instant ramen noodles
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon green onions (sliced)
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl or pitcher, combine the beef broth, pre-cooked shredded beef, frozen mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, or until the broth is hot and vegetables are thawed and tender.
- Break the instant ramen noodle blocks in half and add them to the hot broth.
- Microwave for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until noodles are softened. Stir well to ensure everything is combined.
- Ladle the hot soup into two serving bowls.
- Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired, before serving.
Notes
Adjust the consistency by adding more broth if you prefer a thinner soup. For added flavor, a splash of soy sauce or a dash of sesame oil can be stirred in at the end.
