  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta cooks, heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add chopped yellow onion and red bell pepper to the skillet with the pork. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, Kinders The Blend Seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the pork and vegetables. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cooked rotini pasta. Toss to coat everything evenly and heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
