Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 8 ounce rotini pasta
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 0.5 cup soy sauce
- 0.25 cup honey
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Kinders The Blend Seasoning
- 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 0.5 yellow onion (chopped)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While pasta cooks, heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground pork and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
- Add chopped yellow onion and red bell pepper to the skillet with the pork. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, Kinders The Blend Seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the pork and vegetables. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables and cooked rotini pasta. Toss to coat everything evenly and heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
