Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced turkey breast, cooked quinoa, fresh spinach, red bell pepper, edamame, black beans, and corn.
- Pour the dressing over the ingredients in the large bowl and toss gently until everything is well combined and coated.
- Divide the power bowl into four portions and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
Notes
