Ingredients
- 2 pound round steak (cut 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 onion (medium, thinly sliced)
- 3 potatoes (medium, peeled, quartered)
- 14.5 ounce French-style green beans (low-sodium, drained)
- 10.5 ounce tomato soup (low-sodium)
- 14.5 ounce tomatoes (low-sodium, peeled, whole)
Instructions
- Season round steak lightly with garlic salt.
- Cut round steak into serving pieces and place in crock pot with sliced onion, which has been separated into rings.
- Add potatoes and green beans.
- Top with tomato soup and tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
- Remove cover during last half-hour if there is too much liquid.
Notes
To cook in a 2-quart crock pot, reduce ingredients slightly.
