  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rinsed and drained black beans, thawed frozen corn, salsa, chopped fresh cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.
  2. Lay out one large flour tortilla. Spread a layer of shredded lettuce down the center, leaving space at the ends.
  3. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the black bean and corn mixture over the lettuce. Sprinkle with about 3 tablespoons shredded cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Serve immediately.
