Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels. Rub the pork tenderloin evenly with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, then sprinkle and rub with half of the seasoning mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the trimmed green beans with the remaining 2 teaspoons of olive oil and the remaining half of the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on one side of the prepared baking sheet. Spread the seasoned green beans in a single layer on the other side of the baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 18-22 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the green beans are tender-crisp.
  7. Remove from oven, let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.
