Instructions

  1. Wash red chiles, removing stems and seeds.
  2. Place red chiles in a blender with 1 cup water and blend into a paste.
  3. Brown pork top loin lightly in a non-stick skillet.
  4. Add the chili paste to the skillet with the pork and mix well, adding more water if the mixture is too thick.
  5. Add oregano and garlic powder to the skillet. Season with salt if desired.
  6. Cover and simmer slowly for one hour.
