  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, crumble the ground pork and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, and salt. Mix well.
  3. On the prepared baking sheet, toss the diced red potatoes and broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Spread in an even layer.
