  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it apart, until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the finely diced yellow onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the pork. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the onion softens.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute more, stirring constantly, until fragrant.
  4. While the pork is cooking, prepare the slaw: In a small bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, lime juice, and chopped fresh cilantro. Toss to combine.
  5. Warm the corn tortillas according to package directions (microwave, dry skillet, or oven).
  6. Serve the seasoned ground pork in the warm tortillas, topped with the fresh cabbage slaw.
