  1. Cut the green pepper into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  3. Place pork chops on the heated skillet.
  4. Sprinkle the salt on top.
  5. Cook the pork chops for 5 minutes on low heat on each side.
  6. Cook pork chops until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Remove the cooked pork from the skillet.
  7. Place it in a serving dish and keep warm.
  8. Put the green pepper slices in the skillet.
  9. Stir in the pineapple chunks with their juice.
  10. Add the ginger and cinnamon.
  11. Simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  12. Spoon the pineapple mixture over cooked pork.
