Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas (8 inch diameter)
- 0.5 cup pepper jack cheese (shredded)
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoon onion (chopped)
- 2 canned pear halves (sliced thin)
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Sprinkle cheeses, basil, and onion on half of each tortilla.
- Place pear slices on top of other ingredients in each tortilla.
- Fold over filled tortilla and brush each side with olive oil.
- Heat the filled tortillas in a non-stick skillet until cheese melts, about 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Cut quesadilla into four pieces and serve immediately.
