Ingredients
- 4.5 cup plain Greek yogurt (whole milk)
- 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter (creamy)
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 4 bananas (sliced)
- 0.75 cup rolled oats (old fashioned)
- 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips (mini)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together 4 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter, and 3 tablespoons honey until thoroughly blended and creamy.
- Line up 6 wide-mouth jars or bowls. Place 2 tablespoons of rolled oats into the bottom of each container.
- Spoon 1/3 cup of the peanut butter yogurt mixture over the oats in each jar.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas, using half of the 4 sliced bananas across all jars.
- Repeat with another layer of the remaining peanut butter yogurt and top with the rest of the sliced bananas.
- Sprinkle the remaining rolled oats and 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips evenly over the tops of all 6 jars. Seal and refrigerate or enjoy immediately.
Notes
The rolled oats soften gently in the yogurt overnight, giving these parfaits a rich, hearty texture.
