Instructions
- Pat the boneless, skinless chicken breast dry. Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create thinner cutlets, about 1/2-inch thick. Season the chicken cutlets on both sides with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic and juice from half the lemon. Set aside.

- Pour the garlic-lemon mixture over the green beans and cook for 1 minute more, stirring, allowing the flavors to meld. Be careful not to overcook the beans to avoid a slimy texture.
- Serve the pan-fried chicken cutlets alongside the sautéed garlic-lemon green beans. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices if desired.
