  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, toss chicken thighs with 1 tablespoon olive oil, dried Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. On a large baking sheet or in an oven-safe skillet, arrange the seasoned chicken thighs in a single layer. Add trimmed fresh green beans to the same pan.
  4. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and green beans are tender-crisp. If desired, you can broil for the last 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
