Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6-ounce)
- 2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 cup green beans (trimmed)
- 2 cup white rice (cooked)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk together the low sodium soy sauce, water, maple syrup, and ground ginger to make the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Toss the green beans with 1 tablespoon of the glaze and arrange them around the salmon. Brush about half of the remaining glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and green beans are tender. Halfway through cooking, brush the remaining glaze over the salmon.
- Serve the miso glazed salmon and green beans immediately with cooked white rice.
Notes
Adjust baking time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets. Frozen green beans can be used; just ensure they are well-drained before baking.
