Instructions
- Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add 6 ounces ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Add 1/4 red bell pepper, finely diced, and cook for another 3 minutes until softened.
- Divide the cooked turkey mixture among 2 large romaine lettuce leaves. Top with 2 tablespoons finely diced cucumber and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro. Serve immediately.
