Instructions
- In a medium bowl, flake the drained tuna with a fork.
- Add the diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion to the bowl with the tuna. If using, add the Kalamata olives.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper to make the vinaigrette.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the tuna and vegetable mixture, tossing gently to combine.
- Serve the tuna salad mixture over a bed of mixed greens.
Notes
For best flavor, let the tuna salad marinate in the vinaigrette for at least 15 minutes before serving.
