  1. In a medium bowl, combine the rinsed and drained canned chickpeas, chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. Add the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  3. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the vinaigrette.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette over the chickpea and vegetable mixture. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
