  1. Pat the chicken breast dry. Season both sides with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and sear for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. While chicken cooks, prepare the instant mashed potatoes according to package directions, using water or milk.
  4. Steam the green beans in the microwave or on the stovetop until tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over it.
