Instructions

- Stir in 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce and 1 tablespoon brown sugar, simmering for 2 minutes until the sauce glazes the meat.
- Remove the skillet from heat and toss in 2 sliced green onions.
- Spoon the seasoned warm beef mixture into 8 separated butter lettuce leaves, top each with 1/2 cup total shredded carrots, and garnish with 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds.
