Instructions
- Season chicken breasts evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pound chicken slightly to an even 1/2-inch thickness for quicker cooking.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. The precise cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the chicken.
- While chicken cooks, prepare coleslaw: in a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. Add bagged coleslaw mix and toss to coat. For an optimal coleslaw texture, chill briefly before serving.
