- 1 can vegetable broth (low-sodium, 14.5 ounces)
- 1 can green beans (low-sodium, drained, 15 ounces)
- 1.5 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 onion (medium, chopped)
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 clove garlic cloves
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine great northern beans, red kidney beans, pinto beans, tomato juice, Italian style tomatoes, vegetable broth, green beans, Italian seasoning, onion, black pepper, and garlic cloves.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve with Italian or French bread or whole-wheat rolls.
