  1. In a small bowl, whisk together low sodium soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, onion powder, and water. Set aside.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook for 5 minutes, breaking it apart, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add thinly sliced yellow onion and broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until broccoli is tender-crisp and onions are softened.
  4. Pour the prepared sauce over the turkey and vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients. Season with black pepper.

Notes
